We provide specialized consulting services associated with the use of BluFAX, a product of Traffax Inc, which employs blue -tooth based technology to obtain O-D and travel time data for vehicles and pedestrians on freeways, arterials, and in high-density urban environments. 

Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Marketing Support. Provide a range of business development and technical marketing support for small businesses and non-profit organizations seeking to increase their understanding of state and federal transportation markets for consulting services and for traffic and operations-oriented technologies. 

Technical Outreach and Consensus-building. I provide stakeholder outreach to support development of operational concepts, concepts of operation, user-needs and requirements, technical committees and working groups, and in support of transportation engineering and planning projects.
